Elliott Family Dentistry Team
Kimi Soto
Patient Care Coordinator
Kimi joined Elliott Family Dentistry in October 2012 as our Patient Care Coordinator. She is the smiling face who greets you when you enter or call the office.
Kimi brings a well-rounded clinical understanding to the front office. She has been working in the dental field since 2001 while participating in an internship program as a student at Southern High School. Since then, her dental career has included many roles within the profession. She is a Qualified Dental Assistant and a holds her Dental Radiology certification. In fact, you may see her assisting in the clinical operatories from time to time! Her many years of chair-side assisting gives her the unique perspective to understand all aspects of dental treatment, making her the perfect liaison to our patients.
As Patient Care Coordinator, Kimi strives to positively impact each patient’s experience. She is available to patients whenever they have questions or concerns about the proposed treatment or financial considerations. “Each patient is a unique individual and should be treated that way,” she says. “It is truly gratifying to help alleviate their fears and concerns so that they can be comfortable with their treatment.”
Kimi lives in Brooklyn Park with her husband Mario and 3 children. She loves to cook and spend time with her family
Vicki Phillips, RDH, BS

Vicki began her dental career twenty years ago as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Eager to further her education in the dental field she applied to and was accepted into the University of Maryland Dental Hygiene Program. While there, she maintained Dean’s List status, was presented the Proctor & Gamble Preventive Award and was elected into the Sigma Phi Alpha Honor Society. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in 2011.
Throughout the years Vicki has volunteered many hours of her time in surrounding communities. Whether it is at elementary schools during Dental Health Month or Sealant Saturday at the University of Maryland Dental School. Healthcare for the Homeless or Special Olympics, community service is close to her heart. She and Chrissy, our other hygienist have volunteered at a local Linthicum daycare for the past several years as well as being committed to helping with the dental Mission of Mercy. In the future she would like to travel abroad to volunteer her services.
Vicki stays current with the many changes in the field of dental hygiene by attending continuing education coursed both locally and countrywide. Most recently, she and Chrissy attended the American Dental Hygiene Association Annual Session in Nashville and last year RDH Under One Roof Conference in Chicago.
Vicki joined Elliott Family Dentistry in April of 2013. Her enthusiasm for education is evident when she has her patient in the chair. She is excited to share her knowledge about the importance of oral health and realizes that every patient is unique. Vicki genuinely cares about her patients and is looking forward to developing long lasting relationships.
Vicki and her husband reside in Pasadena. Vicki enjoys camping in their travel trailer, decorating, gardening, and reading. But nothing compares to spending time with her 3 grandchildren and preparing to welcome a new bundle of joy in August of 2020
